About The TM Crew

The TM Crew began with one senior dog named Diego and a simple promise: older dogs deserve safety, comfort, and love until the very end. Founder Lisa Papple started rescuing senior dogs in 2019 after bringing Diego home from the shelter at age 14. He was partially blind, confused, and heartbroken, but he spent his final months loved, safe, and cared for.

That experience became the heart of The TM Crew. Today, we support senior dogs of all ages through rescue, foster care, adoption support, medical care, and long-term sanctuary planning in Southern California.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make sure senior dogs are never forgotten. We work to give vulnerable dogs a soft place to land, the care they need, and the dignity they deserve.

Why Senior Dogs Need Us

Senior dogs are often overlooked in shelters and rescue situations, even though they have so much love left to give. Many need patient fosters, medical support, calm homes, and people willing to see the sweet dog behind the gray muzzle.
